Do I need an account to use Consation?
No. You can read all educational content without an account. An account is only needed for personal tools such as your library, saved test results, agreements and partner features.
Does Consation cost anything?
No. All content and features are free. There are no paid plans and no advertising.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Partners you have connected with see only what you have chosen to share. Your date of birth is never shown to anyone. Details are in the privacy policy.
Are the agreements legally binding?
No. Agreements are a tool for talking about wishes, limits and expectations. They are not contracts, and anyone can withdraw consent at any time.
Is Consation medical or therapeutic advice?
No. The content is educational. For health questions, injuries or emotional distress, please contact a doctor, a counseling service or a helpline.
Why do I have to be 18 or older?
Consation covers sexuality and BDSM and is made for adults only. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up to check this.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time in your profile. Your profile and the data linked to it are deleted, and partners lose access to what you shared.
Which languages are available?
Consation is available in English and German. You can switch at any time with the language button at the top of the page.
