Before you start: Talk it through when you are both calm and sober, agree on a safeword and a non-verbal signal, and keep safety shears, water and a phone within reach.

- A small object the receiver holds and drops to stop, such as a soft ball or a bell
- A large water bottle with a straw, towels and a waterproof underlay
- A timer or clock the giver can see at all times
- A plan for possible sub drop in the following days In the library
Preparation
Before planning a full session, try a short version or talk through earlier experiences with intense post-orgasm sensitivity.
Charge all toys and put a spare toy, lubricant, towels and water within reach of the giver.
Practice the stop signals while relaxed: the dropped object, a tap pattern and the spoken word. The giver should react instantly every time.
Plan the structure: rounds of no more than about five minutes, pauses of at least one to two minutes and a fixed maximum for the whole session.
Use the bathroom and drink water beforehand, and eat a light meal a few hours earlier.
Warm the room, lay down the underlay and prepare a calm corner with a blanket for aftercare.
Agree on this first
- What does too much look like for the receiver, and how will the giver tell playful protest apart from a real stop? Agree that only the safeword and the signals count.
- Which signals will you use? For example: spoken Red, dropping the held object, and three taps on the giver. Any one of them ends the round at once.
- What is the upper limit for rounds or orgasms, and what is the maximum total time?
- Which body areas and toys are included, and is penetration part of it?
- Will there be restraint? If so, only quick-release cuffs, and never in a way that stops the receiver from dropping the signal object.
- Does the receiver want encouragement, teasing or quiet?
- How will the giver recognize distress, such as crying that feels different, rapid breathing, freezing or going silent?
- Are there health issues such as heart problems, asthma, epilepsy, pelvic pain or relevant medications?
- What will aftercare and the next day look like?
Safety checks
- The signal object stays in the receiver's hand. If it falls, stop at once, even if it slipped by accident, and check in.
- Watch breathing every round. Rapid breathing, shaking that does not settle in the pause or dizziness ends the session.
- Offer water at every pause, since sweating and heavy breathing dehydrate quickly.
- Check the skin for chafing or irritation, add lubricant generously, and stop at pain that feels sharp rather than intense.
- Wand vibrators can get warm with long use, so feel the head regularly.
- Watch for dissociation, such as a blank stare or no reaction to their name. Stop and bring the receiver back gently.
- The giver keeps to the agreed maximum, even if the receiver asks for more in the moment.
- No alcohol or drugs for either of you.
The scene, step by step
The step-by-step flow is for adults
It describes sexual and BDSM actions in detail. It is shown only after you confirm that you are 18 or older. The plan above is everything you need to decide whether this scene is right for you.
Aftercare
- Remove stimulation slowly and keep a calm hand resting on the receiver's body.
- Offer a blanket, water and something sweet. Shaking, laughter or tears are common afterward and usually pass with rest.
- Keep the room quiet and dim and stay close, without discussing performance at first.
- Clean up gently and check the skin for irritation.
- Debrief later, and check in the next day and the day after about mood and any sign of drop.
- The giver also needs reassurance after holding so much responsibility.
Variations
- Gentler: after the first orgasm, continue only for a slow count of thirty, then stop.
- Gentler: use hands and low toy settings only, without any restraint.
- Stronger: add quick-release cuffs and a blindfold once a session without them went well.
- Stronger: add rounds within the agreed maximum, or start with a phase of edging beforehand.
- Stronger: add music on headphones for a sensory overload effect, keeping the signal object in hand.
