Tickle and Tease Session

A light, laughter-filled scene of tickling and teasing in short rounds, with a nonverbal stop signal and plenty of breaks to breathe.

This scene uses tickling and light teasing in short rounds, with breaks in between for breath and banter. It can be silly, flirtatious or a gentle power game in which one partner decides when the next round starts. It suits couples who enjoy laughter as part of intimacy and want to learn each other's limits around a sensation that can quickly become overwhelming.

Before you start: Talk it through when you are both calm and sober, agree on a safeword and a non-verbal signal, and keep safety shears, water and a phone within reach.

What you need

  • An agreed list of areas that are welcome, maybe and off limits In the library
  • A feather tickler for light, fluttering touch In the library
  • A soft mitt or brush for gentler moments In the library
  • Slow light touch as a calm-down between rounds In the library
  • Optional: soft hook-and-loop cuffs that open in one motion, only if restraint was agreed In the library
  • Safety shears within reach whenever any restraint is used In the library
  • A bed or padded surface with space around it, and water for both of you

Preparation

  1. Both of you use the bathroom first, since laughing hard puts pressure on the bladder.

  2. Clear the area of hard edges, lamps and glasses so flailing arms and legs cannot hit anything.

  3. Trim nails and remove rings and watches.

  4. Have water and, if needed, an asthma inhaler within easy reach.

  5. Decide on round length: thirty to sixty seconds of tickling, then at least as long to rest.

  6. Practice the nonverbal stop signal a few times before you start, so it is automatic.

Agree on this first

  • Does the receiving partner actually enjoy being tickled, and where? Feet, ribs, sides and underarms feel very different.
  • Which areas are off limits, including spots that feel unpleasant rather than fun?
  • What is the stop signal? Because laughing makes speaking hard, agree on a clear gesture such as three taps on the partner or the bed, or a raised flat hand.
  • Does laughter mean anything? Agree that it does not count as consent; only the agreed signals do.
  • Is teasing part of the game, such as pretending to start or counting down slowly?
  • Is any restraint welcome, or will the receiving partner stay free to move and pull away?
  • Should the scene stay playful, or may it become more intimate if both of you want that?

Safety checks

  • Watch breathing closely: if your partner is gasping, red in the face or cannot catch their breath, stop and wait until breathing is calm again.
  • Never sit or kneel on the chest or stomach, since body weight there makes it harder to breathe while laughing.
  • Keep the face, nose and mouth free, and never combine tickling with gags or covering the mouth.
  • Stay clear of kicking feet and swinging elbows, and keep your own face out of range.
  • If soft cuffs are used, keep rounds shorter, check that fingers stay warm and pink, and release at once on the signal.
  • Stop immediately if laughter turns into crying, panic, coughing or genuine anger.
  • Take a full break if hiccups, a headache or a side stitch appear.

The scene, step by step

The step-by-step flow is for adults

It describes sexual and BDSM actions in detail. It is shown only after you confirm that you are 18 or older. The plan above is everything you need to decide whether this scene is right for you.

Aftercare

  • Let the receiving partner rest and breathe quietly, with a hand on their back or shoulder if they like.
  • Offer water.
  • Laugh about the funniest moments together and name any spot that felt like too much.
  • Switch to calm, slow touch or a cuddle to let the adrenaline settle.

Variations

  • Gentler: use only a feather or fingertips on the arms and back, without surprises.
  • Turn-taking: swap roles after each round so both of you give and receive.
  • Teasing focus: spend more time on anticipation, such as slow countdowns, and less on the tickling itself.
  • Stronger: add soft cuffs to the wrists for short rounds once you are confident with bondage safety and the stop signal.
