This Master/slave Contract establishes a consensual Total Power Exchange (TPE) relationship between a Master (the Owner) and a slave (the property). This agreement acknowledges that the slave willingly surrenders autonomy and control to the Master within negotiated parameters, understanding that this is the most intensive form of power exchange. This agreement is a communication tool and not a legally binding contract.
Purpose
The purpose of this contract is to define the scope and terms of a Master/slave relationship, which goes beyond traditional D/s to encompass ownership, complete obedience, and total authority transfer in agreed areas. Both parties acknowledge this is an advanced dynamic requiring deep trust, extensive communication, and ongoing consent.

Minor Infractions (forgetting protocol, sloppy work):

Note: Punishment is never given in anger. Master will cool down before administering discipline if needed.

- Bedroom only: The dynamic applies only in intimate or sexual settings. Outside of that, you relate as equals.
- Scheduled scenes: You plan scenes in advance, with a set time, place and negotiation beforehand.
- Casual / as desired: Scenes happen when you both feel like it, with no fixed schedule. Each scene is still negotiated.
- Long distance: You live apart and maintain the dynamic through messages, calls, video and planned visits.

- Regular communication: partners check in regularly about comfort, boundaries and desires.
- Respect for safe words: safe words are honored immediately, without question.
- Aftercare: appropriate aftercare is provided after every scene.
- Respect for boundaries: all stated limits and boundaries are respected.
- Ongoing consent: consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time.
- No activities under the influence: no scenes while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Emergency procedures: both partners know the emergency contacts and procedures.
